Each young mom is given a case manager who works tirelessly to make sure she is equipped to confidently care for herself and her baby.

Life Skills
Workshops

Each month, our young moms gather to build community and learn a new skill, whether it be budgeting, CPR training, or the importance of reading to your child.

Goal Setting/
8 Dimensions of Wellness

Our young moms work with their case managers to set goals, both big and small, enabling them to see and celebrate their own progress. To learn more about the 8 Dimensions of Wellness model, click here.

Mentoring

Our goal is to match every young mom with a mentor. Having another person in their corner for guidance and encouragement is so impactful for many who don't have a stable support system.

Transportation

Access to transportation has a major impact on a young mom's health, well-being, and quality of life. We coordinate a team of volunteers to provide rides to doctors appointments, life skills workshops, and more.

Resources

For our young moms, becoming a parent as a teen often feels insurmountable - where do they even begin? We help our clients connect to the resources available to them in Southern Chester County, from prenatal care to housing assistance.
